Milbrae Laundry

We teamed up with the help of Xpressive Interiors to design and execute this amazing laundry room. The space was initially dirt! (But we’re not afraid to get a little dirt on our hands!) Working closely with our contractor and building team, mechanical items and a post in the middle of the underground space were relocated to make room for floor-to-ceiling cabinets, creating ample pantry & dry storage. Deep engineered quartz countertops over the washer and dryer and a new sink were added to give the utmost functionality to this space - all at a budget-friendly cost! (Photos by Christopher Stark)
